DELIVERY TIME REQUESTS

We will do everything possible to accommodate a delivery time you have requested, such as a morning or afternoon delivery. However, we CANNOT GUARANTEE a time of delivery. The filling florist will have the entire business day to accomplish this. (9 AM to 5 PM)

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some specific flower varieties and colors may not be available for delivery on your specific day. Therefore, it may be necessary to have a substitution made of a flower. The florist will always try to do as exact a substitution as possible.

In the event of a problem the florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. All efforts will be taken to maintain size, shape and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation.

CHANGING OR CANCELING YOUR ORDER

If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We are happy to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations as long as we receive them before the order has been sent out on delivery or prepared for shipment. Twenty-four hour advance notice is necessary to assure a cancellation.
